Your request will be processed based on the date we receive it. The cancellation date is the date we receive the written request, not the date of your original request. Refunds are processed according to the timing of your cancellation and are subject to cancellation fees as outlined below. Refund amounts will vary depending on when the cancellation is made relative to the tour departure date. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the scheduled tour departure, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus a small processing fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure may incur higher fees, including the retention of the deposit. If you cancel within 15 days or less, the cancellation fee may include the total booking cost, and no refund will be issued. For cancellations made after the tour has commenced, no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the tour.
Certain fees associated with the Char Dham Yatra are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to, costs for permits, entry fees, pre-booked hotel accommodations, transportation, and any other non-recoverable third-party costs. These charges are necessary to guarantee the smooth operation of the tour and are therefore non-refundable once booked.
In the event that you need to make changes to your booking, such as altering the tour dates, destination, or other aspects, please notify us as soon as possible. While we make every effort to accommodate your requests, any changes to your booking may incur additional fees based on availability and other factors. We will inform you of any charges prior to confirming the changes. Please note that changes made after a certain deadline may be treated as cancellations and may attract cancellation fees.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 to 15 business days after your cancellation has been confirmed. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times. Please ensure that your payment method details are correct when you request a refund. Refunds will be credited to the same account or payment method that was used during the original transaction.
In the event of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events that lead to the cancellation of the tour or part of it, we will strive to offer suitable alternatives or rescheduling. However, if rescheduling is not feasible, we may offer a partial refund, subject to the non-refundable costs mentioned earlier. Please note that any claims for refunds due to force majeure events are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If you choose not to use certain services that were included in your tour package, such as excursions or meals, we will not be able to provide a refund for those unused services. The tour package price reflects a bundled service offer, and any unused portions of the tour will not be refunded.
